Orders & acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and any photographs, artwork, text or other content supplied for the order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you, decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of an unavailable material, obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, prohibited content, inability to complete the requested personalization, or another legitimate fulfillment issue. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be handled as required by applicable law.

Prices, taxes & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled. Prices, product availability and optional service prices may change for future orders.

Personalization & customer content
You retain your rights in photographs, artwork, audio, video, text and other content you submit. You grant KUEHNE PROJECTS a limited permission to use, reproduce, crop, resize, format, print, host or otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the product or service you requested, support your order, and maintain related business records.
You represent that you own the submitted content or have permission to use it for the requested purpose. Do not submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Previews & handmade variation
Digital previews are provided as a guide. Screen color, crop, positioning, material texture, finish and handmade production can create minor differences in the finished item. These normal variations are not themselves defects when the finished product materially matches the order.

Shipping within the United States
Physical products are currently offered for delivery within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the applicable product or packaging class. Every shipped order includes tracking.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delays, weather, access issues or other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.

Returns, refunds & cancellations
Personalized and custom-made items are generally final sale and cannot be returned because of change of mind, buyer's remorse or a customer-supplied personalization error. Cancellations are available only before production or personalization has begun.
Damaged, defective or materially incorrect items remain covered by our support process. Full details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Memory Key & NFC
Memory Key is an optional digital layer offered with selected products. Using NFC requires a compatible device, and NFC may need to be enabled in the device settings. Internet access may also be required to open hosted or linked content.
When an order includes hosted Memory Key service, the included hosting period shown at purchase applies; the current offer includes 10 years from activation. Available extensions and renewal prices are shown when offered and may change for future renewal periods. A physical item's NFC feature is included only when the Memory Key option is selected for that item.

Pixieset & other third-party services
Certain artwork prints may be offered through Pixieset or another third-party service. When you follow a link to an external provider and place an order there, that provider's checkout, payment, fulfillment, privacy and other terms also apply to that transaction. KUEHNE PROJECTS is not responsible for an external provider's website availability or independent acts.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the KUEHNE PROJECTS website, brand elements, product photography, original artwork, designs, written content and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a physical product or print does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute the underlying artwork or design.

Website availability & errors
We work to keep product descriptions, prices and site functions accurate and available, but occasional technical, typographical or inventory errors may occur. We may correct errors and update information when discovered. Temporary site interruption does not create a right to continued availability of a particular feature or item.

Responsibility & non-waivable rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, KUEHNE PROJECTS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party services, incompatible customer devices, or customer-provided information or content.

Texas law & updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to any mandatory rights that apply and cannot be waived. We may update these Terms for future use of the site or future orders. The version posted at the time of an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
