RETURNS & REFUNDS

Made for you.
Clear from the start.

KUEHNE PROJECTS is operated by Andrea Kuehne in Texas. Many of our pieces are created specifically from a customer's photograph, artwork, text, design choices or other personalization. The policy below explains when those items are final sale and what happens if something is wrong with an order.

02

Cancellations

A personalized order may be cancelled only before production or personalization has begun. Once production, personalization or preparation of the custom item has started, the order can no longer be cancelled due to change of mind.

03

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

The final-sale rule does not remove your rights when an item arrives damaged, is defective, is materially incorrect, or does not match the personalization details submitted with your order.

Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. After review, an appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

04

Preview & production variations

Digital previews are provided as a guide. Minor differences in color, screen appearance, positioning, cropping, material texture, finish or other normal production characteristics may occur and do not by themselves constitute a defect, provided the finished item materially conforms to the order.

05

Standard, non-personalized items

The final-sale rule above does not automatically apply to a standard item that has not been personalized or custom-made. Any return eligibility for a standard item is subject to the terms applicable to that product and order. Please contact us before sending any item back.

06

Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded under applicable law.
