For personalized products and Memory Key services, information you choose to provide may also include photographs, artwork, names, written messages, audio, video, links or other content used to create or host your selected product or memory experience.

How we use information
We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, create personalized products, provide Memory Key features, communicate about an order, provide customer support, arrange tracked shipping, maintain accounts, prevent misuse or fraud, secure the website, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

Payments
Payments are processed through payment providers made available through WooCommerce and its connected services. KUEHNE PROJECTS does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number in order to fulfill your order. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security terms.

When information is shared
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the website, process payments, host data, produce or fulfill an order, deliver packages, provide technical support, or perform other services requested by you. For example, a shipping carrier receives the information needed to deliver and track your package.
If you choose an external service such as Pixieset, information you submit to that service is also governed by the provider's own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.

Cookies & site functionality
The site may use cookies and similar local technologies that are necessary for shopping-cart functions, checkout, account sessions, preferences, security and normal WordPress/WooCommerce operation. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if used, are subject to the disclosures and choices required by applicable law.

Personalization & Memory Key content
Content you upload or submit for personalization is used to make the product or provide the service you requested. Memory Key content is used to provide the selected digital memory experience and related hosting. We do not claim ownership of customer photographs, audio, video, text or artwork merely because you submit them to us.
Please do not submit content you do not have permission to use. If content includes information about another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide it for the requested product or service.

Retention & security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide purchased services, maintain required business and tax records, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy choices & Texas rights
Depending on the law that applies to your request, you may have rights to ask whether we process your personal data, request access to it, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale of personal data or qualifying profiling.
You may submit a privacy request through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If applicable law provides an appeal right and you disagree with our response, contact us again and state that you are appealing the privacy decision.

Our shop and Memory Key services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.
