Crochet Wall Hanging

/

I created the Crochet Wall Hanging as a fiber art piece that focuses on texture, material, and the quiet presence of handmade work. The project is presented on my website as a visual entry, centered on the image of the finished piece rather than a long written explanation. Through crochet, I explore how soft materials can shape space and create warmth on a wall. This work connects to themes of mental health and reflects my interest in how repetitive handwork can hold emotion and intention.

With this project, I focus on the process as much as the final result. Each stitch is placed with care, allowing the rhythm of crochet to guide the structure and form of the piece. I use yarn as both a physical material and a storytelling tool, turning thread into something that occupies space and invites reflection. This wall hanging represents my ongoing exploration of fiber art as a meaningful and expressive practice.
